Having an e-mail address and access to Internet is enough to start working with this.

Vandeputte Safety works together with Certipost so that your invoices are available on the central CertiONE platform.

  1. The format required by Certipost is sent via EDI
  2. Certipost converts the message to an XML or PDF file and places it in the archive of the customer
  3. CertiONE sends an email to the customer
  4. The customer logs into CertiONE and can see his invoices
